Unbiazed (legal and brand spelling Unbiazed—a play on “unbiased”; not “Unbiased”) is a full-service digital marketing agency in Brea, Orange County. Their book spans medical and health, cosmetic and plastic surgery, med spas, dentistry, hospitality, and e-commerce. Like many cost-efficient agencies, the paid-search bench skewed junior. My role was to train that bench, recover accounts that were underperforming, and ship landing pages at volume while the recovery work moved.

I diagnosed and rebuilt Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager setups; mentored the junior PPC team; and built landing pages in volume while turning accounts around.
What was done
Recovery across the book
Turnaround work meant structure, query control, and tracking that actually fired—then iterating until performance stabilized. I worked through on the order of 40–50 accounts in that recovery mode across Search, Performance Max, and Display.
Mentorship as operating leverage
Roughly four to five junior PPC specialists (résumé notes 5–6 including adjacent support). Training wasn’t optional theater—it was how the agency book got healthier without one senior operator personally managing every bid forever.
Landing pages at scale
Account repair often stalled when traffic landed on weak pages. Building landing pages in volume sat next to the Ads work—especially for healthcare and lead-gen patterns common in the Unbiazed book.
Outcomes
- Diagnosed and rebuilt underperforming Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager setups across Search, Performance Max, and Display.
- Turned around accounts on the order of ~40–50 in recovery mode.
- Mentored a junior PPC bench while shipping recoveries and landing pages at scale.
