Case study · Employment Law Assist

Multi-market English/Spanish landing systems for paid Search.

Employment Law Assist sits in an employment-lawyer outsourcing / LegalSoft partnership world—getting help in front of people who need an employment lawyer without building every market by hand. They needed a public landing system that could expand across markets in English and Spanish—paired with a Google Ads launch structure that could grow without inventing a new pattern each time.

14 California markets · 28 EN/ES Search campaigns · 224 ad groups

What I owned

I built the public Next.js landing system, bilingual page architecture, conversion tracking, form flow, and the paid-Search campaign framework designed around that structure. Strategy, structure, targeting, review, and quality control stayed with me. AI helped speed up repetitive production.

Landing pages and tracking

City and service structure with English and Spanish variants, built for paid traffic rather than as a generic brochure site. Dedicated English and Spanish landing pages, GCLID capture, HubSpot integration, and API-connected conversion tracking were part of the same build.

Forms and conversion tracking were part of the build so lead flow could be validated with the pages—including GCLID capture, HubSpot handoff, and API-connected conversion tracking.

Google Ads launch build

The Google Ads side included 28 English and Spanish Search campaigns across 14 California markets, 224 tightly themed ad groups, and more than 4,000 phrase- and exact-match keywords covering city, service, and lawyer/attorney intent variations. All 15 RSA headlines and four descriptions were completed, then launched through a Google Ads Editor bulk-import workflow.

  • Multi-market landing-page systems in English and Spanish
  • Large structured Search builds tied to city and service pages
  • Editor-ready campaign packaging with complete RSA copy
  • GCLID, HubSpot, and conversion tracking shipped with the pages

Internal employer details, tenure narrative, budgets, and campaign performance figures are intentionally omitted. Only the public infrastructure and the approved build scope are presented.
