Case study · Autism Learning Collaborative

Local-market PPC and SEO—strong where the market can support it.

Autism Learning Collaborative (not “Collaboration”—Collaborative) operates multiple locations nationwide. I helped with PPC and SEO aimed at getting parents in the door with kids who need care. They really liked the work. Strategically it was heavily location-dependent: weak or tiny markets were hard; markets with enough demand density performed well.

The problem

National footprint, local reality: parent acquisition only works when the market has enough demand density and the location can serve families who respond.

What I owned

I ran PPC and SEO with local-market guidance—helping the team understand which markets could support paid acquisition and which would burn budget.

What was done

  • Parents in the door

The job was practical: help parents find care for kids with autism and get them into the right location. Not flashy—important.

  • Location decides the ceiling

Bad or small markets were hard—Meridian, Idaho is the example that sticks. In denser locations the same playbook could work cleanly. Pretending every pin on the map deserves the same spend is how you waste money.

  • Public recommendation

The CEO’s LinkedIn recommendation is published on this site: thorough PPC/SEO help and local-market guidance for Autism Learning Collaborative.

Outcomes

  • PPC and SEO support across a multi-location autism-care footprint.
  • Local-market strategy: protect spend in thin markets; lean in where density supports acquisition.
  • Public CEO recommendation for the work and local-market guidance.

Per-location lead volumes, cost-per-intake, and clinical details are not published.
