Targeted Outreach Dashboard

A private dashboard that finds strong opportunity matches and prepares personalized cold-email outreach—with manual approval before anything is sent.

Originally called Opportunity Command Center.

What I built

I originally built this to find jobs that closely matched my Google Ads experience. Instead of applying blindly, the system identifies strong matches and prepares a relevant message for each opportunity.

The goal is not to blast the same email to thousands of people. It is to find a smaller number of strong matches and prepare a message that makes sense for each one.

How it finds opportunities

The dashboard looks for relevant jobs, companies, or business opportunities, then compares each one with my experience and services.

  • Searches for relevant jobs, companies, or business opportunities
  • Compares each opportunity with my experience and services
  • Scores and ranks the strongest matches
  • Finds or organizes the appropriate contact information

How the outreach works

For each strong match, it drafts a customized cold email based on the specific opportunity. I review and approve the message before anything goes out.

  • Drafts a customized cold email based on the specific opportunity
  • I review and approve the message
  • Sends only after approval
  • Recognizes replies and updates the pipeline
  • Tracks follow-ups so opportunities are not forgotten
  • Reporting shows which messages were sent, answered, or still need attention

How Gmail connects

The dashboard connects securely to Gmail through OAuth. It can prepare and send approved messages, recognize replies, and keep the outreach pipeline updated. In practice that includes Gmail read, compose, send, and modify access for reply detection, follow-up scheduling, duplicate protection, sending limits, a kill switch, manual approval, customized templates, and opportunity scoring.

How an agency could use it

The same workflow could be adapted for an agency. Instead of searching for jobs, it could look for companies showing signs that they need Google Ads, landing-page, tracking, or marketing help. The dashboard could rank those prospects and prepare outreach based on the specific problem or opportunity.

What stays private

The real dashboard contains private opportunity and outreach information, so it is not public. The screenshot on this page uses fake companies, people, emails, scores, and messages.
